1. For pre-order during office hours (Monday to Friday @ 9am-5pm, Saturday @ 9am-12pm), our sales admin will contact you within 1 hour.
2. For pre-order during non-office hours/public holidays, our sales admin will contact you next working day before 12pm.
3. For KL/Selangor, you can collect the goods 2 hours upon pre-order after complete payment. If payment after 3.30pm, you can collect the next day.
4. For outstation, delivery will be next working day. Transportation fee may applied depend on location and quantity. Our sales admin will contact you regarding the transportation fee.
