We are looking for an experienced Assistant Sales Manager that can bring in the numbers, lead by example and assist the Senior Sales Manager to hit the monthly target. - Meet personal monthly sales target.
- Visit dealers to follow up sales, discuss projects, demo products, resolve problems and build relationships.
- Grow the dealer by upselling and cross-selling multiple product lines.
- Convert dealer to our brand.
- Follow up new sales leads until successful closure.
- Assist to manage and improve the sales team towards exceeding sales targets.
- Work closely with Senior Sales Manager to develop effective sales strategies and training programs.
- To carry out any other duties as directed by the Management
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experience leading a sales team in dealer-based channel sales.
- Strong business acumen, selling sense, lateral thinking, creative, and technical common sense.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Candidates fluent in mandarin are preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with mandarin speaking customers.
- Ability to work quickly and effectively under deadline pressure.
