We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer that good at translating internal engineering speak into clear, concise directions to advise customers and vice-versa. If you are a people person who loves challenges, we want to hear from you.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
- Provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
- Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
- On-site service support including testing and commissioning (if applicable).
- Prepare the training material and provide training to the dealer.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.
- Fast learner and a logical thinker.
- Ability to work quickly and effectively under deadline pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good presentation skills.
