1. Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
2. Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding the client through corrective steps.
3. Support the roll-out of new applications.
4. Video tutorial or document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
5. Follow up with clients to ensure their problem is solved after troubleshooting.

1. Candidate must possess at least SPM, STPM, Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Electronic and Electrical or equivalent.
2. At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Preferably Experience specialized in Engineering – Electronics/ Communication industry.
4. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
5. Fast learner and a quick thinker
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
