Minimum PC specification to install MagEtgera software
- Intel i5 processor 12th Generation CPU
- 12GB RAM memory
- 500GB HDD storage sufficient
- Licensed OS 64bit Windows 10 pro & above
IMPORTANTS NOTE:
1. Recommended Windows Pro or Enterprise Edition to avoid premature termination during the installation of Microsoft SQL database.
2. Our support team is able to resume support services only when the PC specification meets our required standards. This is to ensure correct installation, accurate diagnosis and avoid recurring system issues.
3. Please do not hesitated to contact us if you’re restoring older version of ME_ACS.
4. Single PC Station for ME_ACS software to avoid conflict with other existing database such as SQL db.
