MightyDC motor does not use any plastic gear. A fully metal gear ensures it will not be easily broken or wear out.
We use an extra thick powder coating of 100 microns and above to ensure the motor last for years to come. MAG is ISO9001 certified to ensure quality consistency.
Why do you need dual speed?
Our dual speed controller slows downs the gate toward the end to reduce momentum, mechanical wear and thus reducing the maintenance cost.
