Technical Support

Responsibility:

  1. Solve customer technical questions in showroom, by phone or email.
  2. Technical trouble shooting, servicing, testing and repairing of our product.
  3. Occasionally will be required to provide on-site support.
  4. Potential candidate will be trained in development for new security system.

Requirement:

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in electronic, electrical, mechanical, automation, or equivalent.
  2. Have knowledge in networking, electronic, Internet, email and installing software. Relevant experience in related field will be advantageous.
  3. Good interpersonal and communication skill (English, Chinese and Malay). Fast learner and interest in technical field.
  4. Applicant must be Malaysian citizen and willing to work in Kuala Lumpur.
  5. Have own transport and willing to travel.
